Julianne has worked in the International Freight industry since leaving school. Starting out as a junior clerk through to founding Precision Forwarding in 2006. She has experience in operations, sales and marketing, and completed her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing, alongside her work. Her main focus as the company has expanded is to create a happy working environment for all staff, so they enjoy their work and want to go the extra mile for their customers.
Julianne and her husband have a beautiful daughter. Julianne enjoys boating, entertaining, exercising, and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
Brett Murray
Operations Manager

Brett started in the freight industry 22 years ago working in export airfreight operations. Not long after he also was doing export sea freight operations. He continued working in export operations right up to he started at Precision Forwarding in 2007, where he learned Import Operations. Brett has extensive knowledge in both exports and imports and is very passionate about what he does and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Brett enjoys the variety in his role, as something different happens every day.
Brett and his wife have a beautiful little boy and they are all mad SOUTHS supporters. Brett also enjoys having a quiet weekend sitting on the lounge changing channels between sport and horse races.
Jennifer Harris

Jennifer (aka Jen) has been working in the freight industry for over 8 years and has primarily worked in a Customer Service role. Jen is a people person who loves working with customers, agents, and transport. She loves the diversity of her job and that no day is ever the same.
Jen loves being outdoors and keeping busy. She loves pilates, sunrise walks, trivia, and checking out a brewery.
Jacqueline Duemmer

Jackie started in the freight industry at the age of 21. Her first job was with a large multinational forwarder where she learned the ropes, then moved to a smaller Australian owned company in a customer service role and this is where she met Julianne, Brett and Belinda. Jackie joined Precision Forwarding in 2008. “I feel blessed to be working with them again at Precision Forwarding. Whilst I’d love to be lying on the beach every day, I do love what I do and that is the result of working with an awesome group of people, both colleagues and customers”.
Jackie and her husband have two beautiful daughters. Outside of work life is usually low key, weekend trips in the boat to find new swimming spots or teaching her girls (and herself) to surf. She also loves visiting local markets, treasure hunting at second hand stores & garage sales and addicted to reading.
Troy Madden
Transport and warehouse Manager

Troy started his career in Excavation and owned his own business for over 20 years.
Troy felt the need for a career change and decided to help Precision Forwarding expand their storage and warehousing requirements, as well as transport.
“We can now offer storage and transport in house, which gives customers peace of mind.”
Troy enjoys being on the water boating or doing water sports, loves watching the supercross, and spending time with his family.
Alan Donaldson – retired July 2019

Alan started in the freight Industry in 1969. He’s passion for the industry gave him and his wife Shirley the opportunity to migrate to Australia in 1982. Alan started at Precision Forwarding in 2009 and says
“I’ve worked with a lot of people over the years and I can openly & honestly say, this is the best by far. I’m only as good as my back-up, as I’ve said before. I know I can confidently sell Precision Forwarding to anyone & everyone & know instinctively that we’ll provide a superior standard of Service, do a great job, for a fair price & be truthful & honest as we go about making life easier for our varied clients.”
Alan retired in July 2019.
